There're servers with hackers, and there server with very few or no hackers.
Siementec never had a serious anti-hack politics. Most Private servers use Siementec 's exe, or coded sources slightlly improved from HBx v2.24b. But some server admin's care about hacking, and have the skill to prevent most hacks....
Anyways, even on the free HB-Int, it was very obvious many people hacked...
